Tea plant is been grown in over 30 states plus it’s projected that tea is the next most consumed beverage on the planet after water. Usually Folks are taking tea because of the soothing and agreeable flavor. Since they’re habitual of drinking it, many people take tea.
Essentially in Pakistan mainly folks use to take milk tea as an alternative to black tea that is not favorable for all of us. But in higher numbers it is being consumed by us due to insufficient knowledge.
About what really back tea features in it, I’ll initially describe you.

It plays important role in our body by performing different metabolic activities. Black tea helps in providing different antioxidant and vitamin which are needed to slowdown the process of aging as well as makes the skin shine. But when we add milk in the tea all the beneficial affects diminishes at once. This is because the catechins founds in tea forms complex with protein found in milk which is not healthy for the body. Due to formation of complex the absorbance of the falvonols in the body is decreased. It also results in the decrease of nitric acid which is need for dilation of artery.
But in contrary to all the above material I would like to say that milk also have its own beneficial effects. We must take the tea based on our preferences. But as far if we rank both types of tea, black tea is considered to be more effective than milk tea.
